At Blush Pink Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality training programs and learning experiences. Please read our refund and return policy carefully before enrolling in any course.

1. Course Fees Refund Policy

Due to the nature of training programs, course fees once paid are non-refundable.

We reserve seats exclusively for enrolled students. Once a seat is confirmed, we cannot offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Personal schedule conflicts
• Failure to attend classes
• Late arrival or early withdrawal

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you are unable to attend your enrolled batch, you may request a one-time batch transfer (subject to availability).

Conditions:

• Request must be made at least 3 days before course start date
• Transfer is allowed only once
• Must be used within 60 days

Approval is subject to management discretion.

3. Cancellation by Academy

In rare cases, if Blush Pink Academy cancels or postpones a course due to unforeseen circumstances:

• Students may choose to transfer to the next batch
  OR
• Request a full refund of the amount paid

4. Kit / Product Policy (If Applicable)

If a course includes a makeup kit or training materials:

• Kits once issued cannot be returned or exchanged
• We do not accept returns of used products
• Damaged items must be reported on the same day of receipt

5. Digital Courses / Online Programs

For online courses:

• No refunds will be issued once access credentials are shared
• Course access is non-transferable
